Al Mulla Law Firm provided legal advisory services for the New Entertainment City project in Kuwait, a landmark development valued at approximately USD 2 billion, in collaboration with leading international law firms. Our role encompassed delivering comprehensive legal support and addressing the complexities of international law to ensure that all legal aspects of the project were managed with precision and professionalism. This collaboration stands as a testament to our expertise in safeguarding clients’ interests and supporting major development projects in full compliance with international legal standards.

ALSALAM Palace Museum Project
The Amiri Diwan - KUWAIT
Al Mulla Law Firm was entrusted with the review of all contracts and works related to the Al-Salam Palace Museum Project for the Amiri Diwan of Kuwait. Our role included overseeing execution, providing legal advisory throughout the restoration process, and subsequently engaging with subcontractors. The project carried a total contract value of USD 200 million.

Saudi Arabian–Kuwaiti neutral zone
Al Mulla Law Firm represented a foreign company operating the main facility in the Saudi Arabian–Kuwaiti Neutral Zone. The case, valued at over USD 600 million, had initially resulted in an expert report unfavorable to our client. However, under the supervision of the Engineering Department to which the file was referred, and through its technical expertise, the findings were reconsidered, shifting the balance of obligations and establishing the absence of liability on our client’s part. Consequently, a final judgment was issued in favor of our client.
